The children of Loreto Rainbow Home experienced a Children's Day like no other. Hosted by the IHA Foundation, this celebration was a unique and special event, offering the children an evening filled with joy, discovery, and an abundance of warmth.
But here's where it gets controversial... While Children's Day is often marked with grand gestures, the true magic of this celebration lay in the simple, yet powerful, moments of connection and wonder.
Imagine the delight on the children's faces as they chose their meals, sat at beautifully set tables, and witnessed magic tricks up close. The live music and games added an extra layer of excitement, allowing the children to embrace their carefree nature and simply be joyful.
The evening gained an even deeper sense of warmth and energy as several esteemed guests joined the celebration. Among them were Kathy Giles-Diaz, Consul General of the United States of America; Barbara Voss, Consul General of Germany; Ekaterina P. Tyurina, Vice Consul of Russia; actress Alokananda Roy; and the principals of esteemed educational institutions, Rupkatha Sarkar and Gargi Banerjee. Imran Zaki, President of FACES, also attended, adding to the distinguished guest list.
