He believes this experience is invaluable, saying, 'Coaching for over a decade has prepared me well. I've laid the groundwork for this role, and I trust my experience to navigate the challenges ahead.'
However, Ramsay faces financial constraints in strengthening the squad, as the club focuses on financial recovery and adhering to EFL regulations. He acknowledges the limitations, saying, 'I understand new signings are limited this month. My immediate focus is on the current players and assessing their capabilities.'
